Select Criteria

With Town Stats, you can view median sale price and number of sales statistics for a state, county, or specific town. First, select which level you would like to see: state, county, or town. Then, using the drop down menus, select the state and county, or state and town for which you would like to see statistics. Next, select median sale price or number of sales. Finally, select your desired time period - most recent month available, year to date, or calendar year. Click on "Get Stats" and your statistical report will display in a table format showing over 20 years of real estate transaction history.
